Vision:

“We envision a future where timely, safe, and skilled emergency services are the standard across Colorado’s Front Range, delivered by a unified team of professional volunteers and career responders.”

Mission:

Our skilled volunteers provide essential search, rescue and fire emergency services in collaboration with our partners through and adaptive team, strengthened by innovative methods and training, with a commitment to excellence.

Goals (2025 – 2028):

  1. Training: Provide high-quality training according to defined and measured standards and with well-documented processes through a variety of modalities.
  2. Services and Interagency: Continue to provide high-quality services that are needed, while proactively adapting and innovating new services that will provide value to the community and our partners.
  3. Organizational Health & Member Sustainability: To ensure the long-term sustainability and continuity of high-quality service by modernizing our structure and cultivating a culture that bolsters member retention, recruitment, and well-being.
